From the CMSST Bylaws Article IV Section I: An annual meeting of members shall be held at such time and place as may be determined by resolution of the Board of Directors. The Audit Committee, as appointed by the Board of Directors, shall present an annual review of business and finances at the annual meeting.

An Audit Committee is essential for any organization; for CMSST it helps the Boards of Directors fulfill its financial and fiduciary responsibilities to its members.
